In accordance with provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Official Gazette of the Federation, Mexico 07-05-2010), the organizing committee (the “committee”) of the 4th Neuroglía Physiology and Pathology Symposium (“the Symposium”) makes the following privacy notice available to you.
The committee is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. In compliance with legal obligations established by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private parties, this privacy notice informs the data owners about the information collected from them, as well as the use of such information.
Any user registered on the Symposium website accepts that personal data, as well as email or any other data provided for access to any of the website services, are used for the purpose of efficiently providing requested services, for the accurate identification of the users, for the completion of statistical studies to improve Symposium activities, for management of basic administration tasks, as well as to keep you informed, either by email or other means, of news related to the event.
